Gender selection

Hello designers,

Kiwi.com has a lot of languages and some translations of “Mr./Mrs.” is really long. We have a dropdown menu for this selection but it doesn’t work very well cuz it takes a lot of space and also a large number of our customers doesn’t see it and started type “First name” first instead of “Gender” and it breaking the user flow.

Here is my basic workflow for solving problems.

1. 🎥 Find the problem in Jaco records (www.getjaco.com)
2. 📊 Evaluate the problem in Exponea (www.exponea.com) where can i see real numbers.
3. 🖌 Design the solution
4. ⚙️ Make (Framer/Marvel) prototype and test it with 10-20 people
5. 💚 Send it to Front-end team
6. ⚖️ Publish it to A/B test and compare the new design with previous version (also in Exponea)
7. 💰💰💰 Push it to full traffic
