   Nice work. Love the sectioning on the progress bar. I think the pattern and solid shadow are a bit strong, perhaps lightening them will let the foreground shine more?

   @Ted Thanks I will try that out! The solid shadow is kind of the style that is through out the site but I will try lightening it up and see how that look!
   @caled I was thinking for the hover state having it move up and to the right about a pixel and then on the click having it come almost together.
