   I like it! The pen icon is great. I thought the icons would be a bit redundant from the preview, but they look good.

   I would try spacing the icons closer to the form labels.

   Because the graphics are closer to the inputs than their corresponding label, the icon+label grouping doesn’t feel like a combined shape.

   Hope this makes sense. Lovely pen, by the way.

   Pen icon FTW!!!! Also, it's a "me" thing, but why not just watermark the fields with the icon.

   @Rogie, you mean move the icons inside the input fields? - If so; Yeah it was nice on every one of them, apart from the "Message" input, as it's got more height it looked odd just floating in the top left corner of the input field.

   But otherwise I'd have probably gone for the same idea yeah :)
