On to the CSS phase of the site for the public sector site. All done in css3, gradients etc.
Also this is scaled down to fit on. Large on screen

Love the way the menu works with transparency. Any idea how you are going to implement that in css/js?

Yea Josh it's been done. I am using Jquery to fade menu in on hover and using RGBA on the background of the ul.
