    I like to listen to podcasts while I work. The default audio player when listening to a podcast in Google Reader is absolutely horrendous. Just for fun, I took a stab at a redesign based on their new UI style. I'd definitely like to see something like this vs what they have now.

    This looks sharp. but nothing like anything Google would roll out. I haven't noticed too many gradients, subtle shadows, or visual details in their stuff :)
