I like the concept, Nathan, but I do think it misses the Android feel I'm seeing in the other native Icons. Its missing the crispness and the vector separations. Consider backing off the gradient, or accomplishing it in 1 to 2 steps with actual shapes instead.
oVan - Yeah, I'm gonna go back through and sharpen it up more. Wasn't sure if I should (just seeing it in Fireworks). But now that it's on-screen (in-phone) I think it needs sharpening.

The new icon for the Fellowship One app on Android. (3rd from the left)
Note: Gamma looks different here than it does on actual phones.

Vin: Thanks. I was actually worried it might look a bit fuzzy. But I think it stands on its own amongst other Android icons.

Some of the other icons look a bit sharper perhaps, but It's not that I get a fuzzy feeling looking at the F1 icon. Nice result!

Nice and clean, although I agree that it is a bit fuzzy.
