This is just a little envelope I designed in Photoshop for practice & fun. Feedback encouraged & appreciated always. Cheers!

Looking good, although I wouldn't make the shadow on the stamp so diffused. Since it's closer to the object casting the shadow, I'd probably dial it down to maybe 5 pixel blur. With around 30% opacity, maybe.

Agreed Nor. I was hoping for a more stuck off the paper type effect, will make some adjustments and tweak it more. :)

    Thanks for the feedback everyone!

I think the puffiness of the envelope is perfect. There seems to be some weird distortion on the diagonal stripes the closer they get into the center. I think they could be more spread out and vibrant as well.

Regarding the wax seal, these are really hard to get right, and I think you have the right shape and general highlights, but I think you could add a lot more definition and detail on the edges. There would be a lot of refraction of light from other things in the room on the bubble of the wax.

Thanks for shedding light on the issues I have with some of the finer details. Definitely deserves some attention to the diagonal lines and that strange, rough edge and distortion towards the point inward on the envelope.

Will look into adding more to the wax seal and getting it closer to perfect.

Thanks so much Louie for taking the time to critique this for me.
