Took me a while to come up with a design that allowed me to just add content. The way it works it should scale for everything. Feature-wise I've added the ability to post some of my favorite Flickr photos. Still need to work on the archive pages.
For a while I was thinking about moving to Tumblr, but in the end I needed a bit more flexibility (my New Article form has 2 custom fields: Link and Image. If Link has a value in it, the article gets rendered as a link; if both Link and Photo are filled in, Textpattern knows it's a photo post).
Because I'm using a webfont through Typekit which is about 150kb, I opted for not using any images for this design.
I saw this from my iPhone last night, and from the ol' desktop this morning. I love the font sizes you have here. At full width, I can just lean back at my desk and read. Great work, Tim.
Because it's not a maxvoltar redesign without some snark from me: Weeeeeeeee! (And because CSS3 animations were easier than making an animated gif in Photoshop.)
Okay, I missed a few but come on, you asked for it this time :)
I'm not keen if I'm being honest, your other blog dribbbles were much nicer, this is way too big for me and only really works in the mobile view.
I'm on a 22 inch iMac screen and all I see is a huge text header and not even a full image, way too big for me - easily readable, but just a bit too big.
I love it~ Saw it as it happened... I"m happily reading here, leave that page open for a couple hours if not days, then I'm like... Meh, what else can I read here? Then "Bam!" I'm like wth! Tim just got hacked!

Elena, simple design, large type, link detail pages, responsive, big fucking photos, and much more.

Reading all your post summaries as a paragraph is a really unique way of handling listed content. I dig this a lot.

Also liking the large type. So readable, especially on high res screens. Masterfully done!

The large text feels weird to me. I end up using CMD - to zoom out the entire page.
But the typography is nice. I still don't know why you didn't stick to this: http://dribbble.com/shots/100201-Jinx

Skolar is the new Rock Star Serif, and I love it. Big type = win. Responsive = double win
