A quick iteration and some quick experimental typography of a new logo design project I recently started.
Still needs some curve & space adjustments - especially the beak - and maybe a bit more solid overall, as well as deciding on the main layout of the logo.
More about this soon...

I was wondering who Michael ended up going with :) good job man, looks good
I also worked on this and the logo I sent them was approved. Weird stuff, happens a lot lately...
I know they hired David Pache too...
This is very nice. Serene.
Now you fellows got me curious ;)
Though I'm aware these things seem to happen more often lately. Probably to cut their costs and maximize their creative profits. But as recent researches revealed - and what we already knew for a long time - the best results come from a mutual trusted relationship between client and designer!
Usually I don't even touch my pencil before I got my signed contract agreement back from a client. Ironically in this case - and totally against my own policy - I decided to start this project without any formal agreement, because. I felt like this particular client seems to be very seriousl about their revitalised business identity.
But who doesn't want to create a cute little catfish logo after all ;)
Anyways, I hope it turned out just fine for those who worked on this project previously.
Looks great, good luck with sorting this out.
Love the fish and the presentation (circles) really bring it out.
Now it's more clear why they asked me not to post it online, anywhere.
I usually never agree with such requests, unless the project runs under NDA.
Cool work Gert!
Interesting stuff guys!
Awesome work so far, a little catfish must be great to draw! I love the blue you've picked here as well. Hope everything works out ok with this.
Really nice work, Gert.
Amazing as always Gert!!
Impressed once again, Great Gert!
Great also this time!
I dig the simple flow of this one! :)
The texture is a really nice touch.
This is a really beautiful logo. I love the movement you've created with just a few simple shapes.
Wow! I haven't been active much here and I can't believe I almost missed this amazing work by one of my favorite designers! Great as usual Gert!
Amazing work as always man! Love the typography and simplicity.
