   I like this the best, too, probably because the name is inside the 'badge.' I can see the 'y' being a problem, but I might try a lower weight for the 'Cook with Culture' and put it inside the badge too and lose the banner. That may not be a solution, but maybe worth a try if you aren't in love with it.

   I prefer this “laid back” approach more as opposed to the strict/serious previous version. Blending type & shapes is always so fun! :) Cook with Culture is an awesome tagline.
