    I've removed the dots. Completely agree with that.

    I've tried to make the Z more prominent. So far no other font works than this, so I've pulled down the height to make it look less like a 7. I also added the kick so you can see it better.

    I personally am preferring the top one at the moment but playing around.

    Yep. I've found that too. Adding the kicker to the top of the I, then reverts it. I think I need to add some spacing over the original Z kicker…

    I know it may 'break' the Z and the L but what about carrying the 'gap' at the top of the Z & L along that angle to the bottom of the Z :)
