This is really nice. I wish the black line stopped just short of the rim though.

I like this concept!
A few things:
→ I don't like the gloss on wood, even if you like to have it I think that the gloss should be present over the puzzle pieces too.
→ The texture on the bottom depth of the icon should made skewed so that it reflects the perspective.
→ The pieces are not centered inside the rim. There is more space on the right than the left.
A few suggestions to help improve this cool icon. ;)
