Unbalanced as in everything else is giving emphasis of center alignment but the price tag shifts that equilibrium. Also the vertical spacing is perhaps too large and makes the element feel disconnected to each other.
Also now that the elements are so reduced you might not need the distinction to the price that was needed earlier from other elements. It could very well be a big text in center with "20 tickets remaining in regular font weight" just below it and then the buy button.
