   This is nice and clean. I'd suggest to add a bit more of padding in the Show password background. Also, the same background, around the input fields could have the corners a bit sharper, or the other way around would be making the input fields a bit rounder, just a little bit. The corners feel a bit squashed...

   I agree with Miro that is is very clean. Also both checkboxes do not look aligned and it keeps bugging the heck out of me. What if you aligned them up somehow?
