I really enjoy the clean palette and space usage. One quibble though: wouldn't that spacing/arrangement be kind of tight with longer names? or job titles?

Love the little blue loader in this one. Though I really really like this, I think maybe things feel a bit too cluttered. Maybe the text used for the users can be left justified, to match the other text in the layout. Just a thought :)
