   I used it but I didn't like the shadow on the text, it made the text not readable. Dont get me wrong I love what you did her but it was hard to read and There was only one line of text available for preview

   @Herson - Yeah that is the only issue really, the fact that it's one line, I didn't really fancy slicing it up to make it expand as it was designed to be minimal, but if it's a problem for everyone I don't mind sorting it out.

   One comment … the style is too transparent out of the box. Even with the opacity setting set at 100%, the notifications are hard to read when they float over lighter backgrounds, such as open windows. For example:

    @Herson Try restarting Growl, I just downloaded it and it is the updated version, I also changed the name to test it out and it didn't appear until I restarted Growl.

    Honestly, it looks just like a slightly modified version of this, which I made quite a while ago. Then again, I'm biased.

    I like the transparency, though.

    @Sam, only similarity is the line between the icon and the text, not very similar IMO, also completely different animation. Both are nice tough.

    @Sam I have never seen that in my life.

    @Marcus I read up on that theme, they haven't modified it what they've basically done is sat a duplicate close button over the top.

    Really nice, but you should make it more opaque so that the user can adjust it to a further extent within Growl.
