looks like it's telling you to go surf. almost 75% for sure you should go surf :D
what are you waiting for?! GO SURF!

*yes i know the wave doesn't technically match the surf height. just showing my progress, ha. there will be different illustrations for different wave types.
ya man looking a lot better!
I wish that was the report for cardiff reef right now :)
Very very cool! I'm not a surfer, but I'd become one just to look at this.
I like it! I immediately want to use this! :)
dan, hahaha! i hear ya man. love that spot when it's on fire.
chip, i'll hold you to it ;)
Dig it. Cardiff is always firing in your comps.
Dude, this is sick! Nice work =]
Sick Dann! Way way better!
Very cool man, looking great.
This is awesome! Not a surfer myself, but I can appreciate the clear read of info on this shot.
One thing I noticed, is how you labeled the temperatures "Air" and "H2O". Not sure if they're surfer lingo, but if not, I think they should be consistent. Either full words, or abbreviations on both.
dunno why, prob because I saw it the other day, but it reminds me of http://www.nest.com (in a totally sexy hot cousin surf dial kind of way).
I want the green area to feel inset, under the top; like it deserves a small inner shadow.
outside the nonsensical commentary (#hatersgonnahate). . . .as usual, looks awesomazeable.
I am in love with this, I want to get my hands on it. I know you see it from the rest, but it's well deserved, great shot.
and @Michal, I think the balance of the 3 characters together hold it well as I would think >90% of users should know what H20 would stand for. But I see where you're coming from.
Dan, your work is fantastic! This looks like a great app. I love the niche! What a fun subject matter to work with eh?
Yeah, the texture in te backgreound, the information hierarchy, shapes, color... there is a really great balance and sense of detail here.
Each time better... Wow ! You're impressive
very nice work man, very cool interface!
Uhhhh! Well done! ;)
Lovely. I'm from Cardiff (UK) and I wish we could have something like this for here!
I really dig the subtle texture inside this gauge.
One comment though, I think the temperature should be just a bit bigger... a bit. :)
SO hot! Man, I pretty much hate you :)
thanks for all the comments guys. really appreciate you all taking the time to say something! :D
Make sure you pixel hint the text in the middle. The anti-aliasing is very apparent. Everything else is beautiful!
