The only change I would suggest is maybe giving it a bit more whitespace horizontally, between the calendar and the transparent border. I say try this because the question marks showing behind on the right and the "n" letters on the left are a bit distracting, IMO. Increasing the horizontal padding would also give a bit more breathing space to the controls on the bottom.
Or, maybe, try reducing the transparency of the border?
I recently had to implement a calendar with the same date + hour selector for twitspark.com, and I first went for this option.
But after doing so, I noticed that it takes a LOT of clicks to set the correct hour+minutes.
After that, I went to look for some sort of slider-option and found this extention of the jquery ui calendar: http://trentrichardson.com/examples/timepicker/
It rocks and allows you to set a date + hour + time in only 3 clicks (or 1 click and 2 drags) instead of 20...

So long as those numbers a big enough to be click-friendly, nice work!

@Ted, I didn't notice any problem with the size so far :)
@Marko Good point, I made the thicker and darker border and it looks fine now.
@Davy Thanks Davy! I agree with you completely but this was a tradeoff :(
