Advice I always give people for a logo: If it doesn't stand alone as a flat 1 color logo (2 color if you count negative space), you should simplify it.
I get that you're trying to make this feel like a wreath, but there may be a more simple way to do it. It took me a bit to figure that out. Other suggestions include: dropping the gradients, making everything flat, and making your stroke widths consistent.
