Cute! One suggestion, if the angle of the seal is tilted with the ribbon off-center then the words should be too. Right now it looks off with the top and bottom typography set on a straight horizontal line, but the bottom ribbon's on an angle.
Hm, yeah that was something that immediately stood out to me as sort of off-balance, but if there are other elements in the page design that follow that look then maybe it would work. That's one disadvantage to the small dribbble shot, not being able to see it in context. PS I think @Goran was talking about the transparent area (which is not actually part of your design).
