Great logo and love the colors. This is a good shot of the whole thing, it teases me.
I agree with Chris on the fish. To me it's not about them not being right or nice, it's about they look premature. I think if you work them to produce about two more stages of progression and you'll have some great lil' fishies.

This is pretty neat. I think a really nice "solid" drop shadow behind the logo at an angle sort of like Cutler.it would be really cool.

Nice subtlety in your lighting. The fish are great, too; I'd maybe give the mouth more attention. But otherwise this is hot, dude!
