Any feedback on just the color palette and the idea of tabs instead of normal buttons.

The colour palette looks nice and so do the tabs.
I'm slightly confused about the tabs at the top and the 'overview' 'treatment' etc options though. Also, the noise around the profile information looks very unnatural, I don't like the way it's being used in only one area.
