I've never met Matt Gemmell, but I do follow him on Twitter. He recently put out the call for a pretty simple task for any decent designer. I was awake and a little bored, so I decided to help out. This is the result. If the artwork is any use to you, feel free to download the Photoshop CS5 PSD.
Disclaimer: The Linen texture isn't perfect. This was done very quickly. Apart from that, it does match Apple's UI quite accurately.

Just noticed the folder icon has no shadow. Copying the Drop Shadow layer style from one of the icons will do the trick. If anyone wants, I can reupload the fixed version.
