Love this but I feel as if the gradient on the red circle on the pin is going the wrong way.

Yep, given the shadow below the red bubble the light should be coming down from above rather than rising upwards.
Other than that, can't knock it :)

Like the concept :D The red-ball thing (LOL) could use a bit of work though as the others have mentioned, it looks a little flat at the moment, but I'm sure you'll sort that out :D

Love the header type to the right of the pin. I do have to agree with everyone else. The inner stroke around the pin is throwing off the sense of depth.

Nice work, I feel the pin head's gradient should be on the opposite direction plus more gloss applied. Looking good.
