Vanilla Oak Stout in the works. In about a week I will be racking it to the secondary and adding the vanilla beans and toasted oak chips. It should be right around 5.7 ABV.

We homebrew a bourbon barrel porter and a scotch barrel porter. Easily two of my favorites. And yours sounds fantastic!

Between my brother in law and I, we've had three babies in the last 2.5 years. So, cooking has been rare. But when we do, man oh man. Its well worth it. We just recently upped our batch limits to 20 gallons and each picked up kegerators. Something we're not really taking advantage of, sadly.
