Landing and Location View

Been working on iterating a new version of Salty on and off the past few months. The charts for tide and wind are built out and working, wanted to refine other states within the app before I start building it out.

Location view to the right will have the wind below and other buoy information from NOAA. Will post a detail shot of that and the table when ready.
