   this is pretty sweet blake. what if you messed with some vertical secondary text on the bottle or maybe a barcode or something? or some little "may cause drowsiness" type icons? i don't know. looks awesome though!

   If you're going for "apartment building," I'd maybe rework some of the elements—picket fence, rounded door, and square windows say "cottage" to me.

   Ah, thanks guys. I'm probably going to give it a little brickwork. The cottage look is even better actually, I just don't know many tall cottages. Hoping the rounded door points out the hidden pill.
   I love the sticker idea.

   this is a great concept! Everyone has had some good suggestions so far too. I was going to say maybe try some crooked fence panels and faded white paint. Drug people dont do much up keep on their houses you know.
