   I did it all in Photoshop with vector objects, layer effects, plus a repeating leather texture I overlaid. It's fairly easy.

   How did you replicate the stitching so well? Looking for a good stitch brush.

   I drew one stitch as a vector object, then made it a smart object. Then I laid them out in a straight line pattern. Finally I Applied a slight Ripple Filter to the lot of them.
