Looks almost identical to Kickoff's design, just a different arrow. Except your button isn't centered vertically. :/

if you look at all of my past work, this is a button style I use repeatedly. It does look similar, but as do 99% of shots on this site. Needless for me to say anything other than it's not a copy obviously, but I admit the obvious similarities.
AS for the noisey blue background, again, I've used this countless times before - and so have many others. It's nothing groundbreaking or new. I was following a strict wireframe for layout, including guidelines on colors and this is exactly how the wireframe depicted the download page. I have no idea wether they got inspiration from the kickoffapp site but I will certainly bring it up with the client. I wasnt that familiar with the kickoffapp site, so I didnt notice anything suspicious.
They are a huge company and I will certainly be discussing everything, I'm obviously not happy with the situation - as embarrassing as it is.
@BDC if you want removal of the shot, just tell me.
As for the guy who was being a dick in the comments, which I just deleted, grow up. I have no need to copy someone else's work. Go troll somewhere else.
