@Paresh, the about icon is inspired by Legos. I thought the hair on that guy was quite apparent due to the indicated waves on his head, I presume that is what you mean with "seems incomplete". If it isn't apparent, then I'll have to rework it.

are these icons deliberately not centered align? i definitely see house moved to right by few pixels and maybe the dude as well. I like him a lot.

Navigation Element (web icons revised)

Ok, thanks to the feedback I received, I've tweaked and fine-tuned the icons. I've mainly altered the "home" and "user" icons. I'd love to hear your thoughts especially on the "user" icon. Does it still look cut-off?
Other than "fine-pixeling" I've also added more depth to each icon.
Oh, and they're correctly aligned now. :)
