Loving everything except the Edwardian Script ampersand. Seems out of place. Wonder what the word "and" cradled above the word "boutique" would look like?
I like that the ampersand references hair - nice link. maybe it's proportion in relation to the rest of the elements needs to be a touch more chunky though, either slightly bigger in the space or bolder stroke widths. Love the piece as a whole though.

I like the contrast. It has the feeling of "hair" which I thought worked well.
