@Desmond Arsan thanks dude yeah I am currently in active development on this. I was shooting for a native iOS app, however Natsume is not willing to license out IP for me to publish in the app store.
So I'm reverting to building a plain old HTML5/CSS3 mobile app which you can save to your iPhone/iPad home screen. I will post up a couple shots once the product is finished and online!
As an update to the Harvest Moon Apps I have plans for launching this onto the iOS App Store soon. It's a matter of development speed and getting through the QA for Apple.
I'm really pushing for most of the older games like Back to Nature, Save the Homeland, A Wonderful Life, and maybe the GBC and original SNES too. It'll all be under the Bodhum Network in a mobile apps section. Will post some screenshots soon.

Another draft for a possible Harvest Moon iOS app for iPhone and iTouch. I feel the colors here stand out more and green just works better.
EDIT: It's live! Check it out on mobile http://hmapp.pl/btn/

It looks a bit too pixely for a iOS icon if you know what I'm saying.
