   Heh...thanks. I love the noise style. Everyone tells me I add way too much noise, but I think you can get away with it. Not fair!

   I think it looks a little weird to have the arrow on a separate piece of tape. I would put them both on the same piece.

   Apart from that, I love the style and keep seeing noise effects like this one. You do that by setting the layer style's Gradient Overlay (or layer containing the gradient) blend mode to Overlay, right?
