   Doing finish touches on a template to sell luxury homes.

   This has to be a one-size fits all template (decoration), not a design to solve and communicate. Sad. So I decided if that's the way it goes to have some fun and follow it out. So this is ostentatiously entitled American Elegance. Other color schemes may include Tropical Serendipity.
