Subscriptions Pricing Table

This is a work in progress visually, but after playing around with the CSS keyframes the animation is looking right.

A short delay between each of the animations give the impression that the 'cards' are being flipped over by hand. The delays are reversed when the pricing model changes back to it's original state.
