Love your work

I'm a big advocate of loving the work I do, and others should love their own work too. Of course I understand there is always room for self improvement, but a lot of designers, illustrators, and other creatives tend to be really hard on themselves. It's okay, and definitely encouraged to give yourself a pat on the back and say "good job".
