I've been slowly, but surely, updating this brand. One project at a time. I think it has quite a bit of personality, personally. There's quite a bit more to this, obviously, but this is just a few items to give you a taste.
I love the playfulness of it. My concern is the physics of the tape and paper. If the tape is holding the left corner, gravity should be pulling the right corner down, not upward. It seems a little odd.
Tape appears too 'neat' in its current position. Angle it a little to give it some more realism.
All in all, nice work. And even more impressive that you do it all in Illustrator!
Thanks for the feedback, Marc. Whether I wanted it, or not. :P
Initially, with the tape and card, I had the tape angled slightly too—to add the 'realness' of it—but the client wanted at least one element to be straight—the tape seemed like the better option.
With the card, I don't think gravity really comes into play once something is taped down, it just holds it at the angle it was taped down. Also, I prefer the angle as it is currently, as it feels more positive—at least subliminally. You know?

Can I nitpick? OK. I will :)
