Love the concept! I 'got it' immediately, and then when I saw the title, it made perfect sense! It feels a little tall and off balance to me(?). I wonder if you were to shrink and move the pull-string up the base of the ladder (growing up, ours was not right at the end). My rebound also spaced the steps a little closer together so that the ladder isn't 'jutting out' so far (like an appendage). FWIW

Yeah. Saddly, I'm not sure balance can be achieved in a side-view do to the nature of attic ladders. wah wah. Thx for the feedback!
