   I like the way you design the elements and other stuff but looks like you keep repeating it itself e.g. ribbon, button style, background and colors.

   Amazing stuff. You make chunky and clickable buttons. The color scheme is always perfect.

   Some things I'm not so sure about:

   1. Active state of of the 'Say Thanks' button - The inner shadow is too large and it makes the text feel incorrectly placed which it is not.

   2. Login dropdown - Placeholders for the fields would make it easier to use.

   3. Why not place the search to the right and the 2 buttons below or above it?

   4. The torn/stack paper effect can get better. I see what you tried to did there but it is not just what it should be. Blurry.

   P.S. I am a newbie here. Excuse me if I am wrong anywhere. Just my 2 cents :)

   @Paresh i agree, some of my designs are somehow similar to the previous designs but each time i try to improve myself within this style. e.g. you see better shape of ribbon here.

   1. 'press state' the inner shadow is normal, maybe its reverse gradient which makes you think its wrong. i'll reduce the FX overall.

   3. i'm afraid, it'll make the header bigger (y), maybe i should reduce the size of search and place it next to the buttons?

   4. without rotation, effect looks fine but if you go with rotation you'll get it little blurry which you see there.

   Agre with a lot of the comments here. One think i noticed though was the caption - "A way to say thankyou to the people in your lives". This should either be:

   "A way to say thank you to the people in our lives"; or
   "A way to say thank you to the people in your life".

   The 'your' implies its talking directly to the user, the user only has one life, not multiple lives.
