At this year's Gather conference in Auckland I'm going to be giving a presentation entitled:

15 lessons learned from 15 years of freelance web design:
Observations on business, design, and process.

Here's a teaser of some of the slides I'm working on. Decided to design these in Sketch to get more practice with it instead of using Keynote or Powerpoint.

Who's going to Gather? I'd strongly encourage you to stand up and present something. Especially if you're a designers as the presentations are usually quite skewed towards tech stuff and we need more design representation.
