   The main brand starts with the letter "A" thus the bigger mark is the umbrella logo, and the other 3 are divisions of the company.

   Looks nice. I like the puzzle-piece aspect of it. I do think the connection of the honey-comb and the connection of the puzzle might be a bit redundant but I think you need to have some sort of enclosure to get the icon tags to work right. Love the "A" the best.

   @Jesse - I hadn't thought of that until you said that. I think I'd justify it like this: The puzzle piece represents the "problem solving" aspect of the company that they want to drive home so badly, while the honeycomb represents the the 3 companies working together as a unit. Meh?
