I'm forever taking screenshots & collecting images on my desktop; either to share with someone, or to save for later.
This is the start of an app built with node.js &; mongo that aims to help me organise and share these in a very streamlined way.
It's also a great excuse to make use of a load of exciting & emerging technologies.

EDIT: here it is in action on Vimeo, it appears a little sluggish because of the video framerate, in reality it's lightning fast.

This is indeed very cool.
I want it :)
Thanks Dan & Simon.
Do you plan release it?
@Simon: It's here, for the time being. It's still a long way from being finished though. Feel free to take a look around.
This is lovely—how do you like node.js? Have only noodled with it so far.
@Justin Belcher I'm loving it, the combination of node.js + express works really well. It's a totally different way of thinking about web app development. A breath of fresh air.
