   I love how the full screen icon is verticality aligned in the middle. This needs to happen in apps such as Sparrow.

    No I did not. There's plenty of noise in Lion without adding more to it. That looks to be from dribbble. My full screen version does not contain the artifacts. Thanks for asking.

    Do you think it would be possible to skin the current TextMate like this? There are examples such as SuperMate that skin TexMate. Any Mac developers to clarify on this?

    As far as I know you can open the resources up and replace any ui image assets in there and with a plugin like the missing drawer, you could get pretty far.
