I think the logo on the middle right is very good. Maybe the font size of Union Co colud be more smaller. - The logo on the left is more unified.

All of these are nice. Within the context of the outdoor client the upper right is relevant. It is masculine, and it has an I'm going to chop down trees, fish, canoe and beat up a bear if it attacks me kind of mood.
