Looks nice. My only critique is that the white spaces (serifs) draw too much attention and they aren't consistent in their size, shape, or even which letters they appear on.
They are acting like targets right now. My eye is jumping between them, and not really reading the type.
Thanks guys I'll try to tone down those serifs, as for being consistent well that was purposeful. Tried with all the same serifs and it came out looking far to geometric and it seemed to lose some character. May give it a shot again. The M is a little wide, thought I'd make it full block like old school, guess I'll give trimming it down a try.

Other than what Ryan said, the M is a bit too wide for the other letters. Think a tops a size and a half, right now it's twice the width.
