You could make the outer edge of the bookshelf full height, i.e. removing the upper angled, top view perspective. Then instead, show the inner top perspective of the bookshelf, ever so slightly, and the inside corners.
Even still this may be better with a simple front view rather than angled?
Tip for the perspective in addition to the comment above, add a central square on the image, centered on the icon, then draw lines from this square outwards, similar to what Rafał Urbański has shown in his example, but from 1 central point, meeting the edges of all your elements.
This will then certainly fix your perspective issues :-)

If the central items must have coverflow perspective, you have to fix the box around it to match them
