Some UI work for an upcoming app. Props to Prekesh for leading the way in regards to the Awning.

Gorgeous. I love the awning concept. Adds some depth/life to it.
This is really nice, however I feel like the real challenge is in resolving visual conflict around the awning and the text contrast. It is totally readable but for some reason feels just a bit weird. It is not your design... just the effect of the text on stripes that catches my eye.
the cancel button could use some shadows to add some depth if you want
Nice work Sir :)
But IMHO enter email area can be nice with a border and inverse gradient rather than pop up like the right Send button
Wow! Love the execution of the awning, by integrating it into the Nav Bar. I had a very similar idea to integrate an awning for a shopping app I worked on a while ago, but this is a waaay better idea!! Nice one, Sean!
Only small suggestion would be to invert the lighten the cancel button. Very well done sir.
I'm not sure about the "Cancel" button.
The cancel button shouldn't be there.
Looking forward to seeing it completed because my mind keeps saying "Why not just use Square?". :)
Looks similar to this shot http://dribbble.com/shots/265924-Woodn-Shop-Theme, but i guess it's a coincidence. Great job nonetheless ;)
Eski, yeah I designed this well before (2 weeks ago) that shot.., but there's no way to prove it. Either way, the colors are pretty similar but the awning is completely different
Nice work Sean, the Awning is great just remove the cancel button.
keyboard shortcuts: ← previous shot → next shot L or F like
