I'm battling a design right now. need to make sure the main call to action feels like a caribbean island and not a piece of software... but still feel like a button.

how about make it look slightly organic? might look more like a splat, though.

I like the overlay around the button though the inset seems a bit harsh - especially the top shadow. The color is great. I might try Jason's suggestion and add a bit of texture, but it may not need it.
