Spring Valley Junction

Spring Valley Junction was a development of over 200 newly constructed homes in Brampton, a community just outside of Toronto, Ontario.
The goal was to create branding that looking nothing like the marketing of other housing developments in the area.
The use of illustration was an unorthodox approach and bold colour choices ensured an eye-catching look in the otherwise cluttered magazines and digital spaces that focused on promoting new homes like these.
