Inspired by Monument Valley: an iOS and Android game by @ustwo, the header image of 'Work out, wind down' newsletter became my little playground to play around with the colors and gradient of the sunset and the sunrise, contrasting with the status of active VS relax.

In this newsletter, we prepare 5 fitness activities to pump our KFitters up and 5 relaxing activities to tune out, so they have the freedom and flexibility of choosing to relax or break a sweat with the top picks.
